Breathwork & Shamanic Drum Journey
Breathwork & Journeying are done lying down. We open sacred space with prayer and gentle yin yoga postures.
Bring yoga mat and blanket for comfort. Release what no longer serves, open to possibilities , connect with Spirit & the Heart of the Fearless Warrior.
