The Journey Wellness Workshop

The Journey is a 5 week series (Tuesday Nights) I crafted to help participants build healthy habits that last for life. We’ll focus on making small changes (think baby steps). And all of those baby steps, over time, add up to big, lasting, change.

This isn’t about New Year’s resolutions, or all in or nothing thinking. That’s just not sustainable.

My goal with this journey is to inspire and excite you. To help you see that yes, you CAN do this. You CAN stick with it. And, more importantly – you can even enjoy the process of living a healthy life!
